Flow Fields and the Rankine Oval
Flow Fields describe how a particle should move in space. A flow field may direct a particle to it or take one from it.
Flow Fields come in different forms. We’re particularly interested in flow fields over bodies. Considering that, we could have a flow field over a special oval called the Rankine Oval.
The Rankine Oval has a source and a Sink. These two combine to direct flow over the body.
